Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement betweenyou (the "Client") and EOS Development & Coaching ("the Company"). By engaging our coaching services,attending programs, or purchasing workshops, you agree to be bound entirely by these term

1. Services & Engagement

EOS Development & Coaching provides professional personal development coaching, strategic life coaching,mentorship workshops, and structured individual challenges (collectively, the "Services"). The precise scope,duration, and frequency of your coaching sessions or programs will be detailed in your individual ServiceAgreement or Invoice.

2. Nature of the Relationship (Disclaimer)

The Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a collaborative alliance designed to facilitate personaldevelopment, emotional resilience, and the implementation of constructive life principles (such as personalphilosophy and habit integration). However:

  • Coaching is not psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health therapy. If psychological ormedical health challenges arise, it is the Client's responsibility to seek professional medical or therapeuticservices.

  • The Coach does not provide legal, financial, or formal investment advice. Any financial literacy or propertyanalysis framework discussed is strictly for educational, historical, or conceptual purposes.

  • Results are highly dependent on individual commitment, action, and implementation. The Company givesno guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes, breakthroughs, or financial returns

3. Fees, Payments & Invoicing

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. The following payment rules apply:

Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific financial, personal, business, or wellbeing outcomes.

  • Payment Schedules: Fees for coaching packages, challenges, or workshops must be paid in full prior tothe commencement of the first session, or in accordance with an explicitly agreed-upon installment plan.

  • Late Payments: The Company reserves the right to suspend all scheduled sessions, coaching contact, orprogram access if any outstanding invoice remains unpaid beyond its specified due date

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Time commitments are essential to the efficacy of the coaching process. We enforce a strict notice frameworkto respect the schedules of both parties:

  • 24-Hour Notice: The Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours' written notice to reschedule or cancel anindividual coaching session.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice,or if the Client fails to attend a scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will beforfeited and billed at the full rate. No refunds or make-up sessions will be issued.

  • Program Integrity: For multi-day structural challenges or group workshops, missing a scheduled intakeday or session cannot be retroactively credited or refunded.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

The Company recognizes the deeply personal nature of coaching and guarantees strict confidentialityregarding all personal dynamics, communication patterns, history, and discussions disclosed during sessions.The Company will not disclose any Client information to third parties without explicit written consent, exceptwhere required by Australian law, or where there is a clear and imminent danger to the safety of the Client orothers.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, worksheets, 7-day habit challenges, quotes, strategies, secular ceremonial templates, and digitalresources provided to the Client during the Services remain the exclusive intellectual property of EOSDevelopment & Coaching. The Client is granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use these materialsfor personal growth. You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit these materials withoutexpress written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Western Australia, EOS Development & Coaching, itsdirectors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damages,or costs arising out of or related to the Services, including but not limited to financial choices, relationshipchanges, or personal development implementations made by the Client.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time by providing seven (7) days' written notice. Inthe event of early termination by the Client, outstanding balances for completed work or non-refundableprogram deposits remain due, and refunds for unused portions of pre-paid packages will be evaluated at thesole discretion of the Company.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WesternAustralia. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusivejurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
